Exact set state, component (Urban/Gramin), aur scheme vertical par depend karta hai. Pehle clear scans ready rakhein — verification delay kam hoti hai.
Yeh generic citizen checklist hai. Final required list official form / ULB / BDO notice se confirm karein.

- Aadhaar — clear front/back; name bank se match.
- Bank passbook / cancelled cheque — Aadhaar-seeded account preferred.
